Our fresh cut facility allows us to offer new products and customized programs to maximize sales. We offer a full line of fresh fruit and vegetables cut to order for both retail and food service.
Ripening
We have sixteen brand new state of the art Thermal Tech TarpLess ripening rooms where we can pre-condition produce and trigger to your specification. We ripen: avocados, bananas, and field grown tomatoes.
