Executive Chairman

With nearly 40 years of produce experience, Brian has spent his entire career at WPS. From humble beginnings in the tomato operation and working in virtually every area of the operation. Brian held the role of CEO from 2007 until 2022. He now holds the role of Executive Chairman and continues to lead WPS by building strategic partnerships.

CEO and President

With nearly 30 years of overall experience in various financial, operational, and management roles, Jason brings 15 years of food-related executive leadership to the WPS team.  Jason has been with WPS for over three years and has a deep knowledge of the operations, financials, and sales-related initiatives in the business. Jason assumed the role of CEO in 2022.

Chief Operating Officer

Joined WPS in January of 2019 with responsibility for strategic oversight of production, transportation, food safety quality, facilities, and continuous improvement. Jim has spent his entire career in food distribution, logistics, and retail for a variety of companies including among others, CH Robinson, Nash Finch, and Supervalu. 

SVP, Tomato Operations

Since beginning his career at WPS in 1978, Art has worked in nearly every area of the company and for the last 27 years has led our tomato operation. Considered by many to be an expert in the tomato category, Art was appointed VP in 2000 and consequently, SVP of tomato operations in 2018.

VP, Sales and Procurement

A 17-year veteran of WPS, Jason served as a buyer for five years, appointed Director in 2008 and subsequently, VP of Purchasing and Business Development in 2015. Primary responsibilities include leading procurement and our grower/shipper relationships. Jason’s background also includes experience with CH Robinson and Target.

Director of Retail Sales

A 30-year veteran in the produce industry, Jennifer worked for WPS in her past, for 10 years in business development and came back January of 2022, in the newly created role of Director of Retail Sales. Jennifer has worked for direct grower/shippers during her career. Her experience and years of relationships in this industry bring strong ties to help build and solidify new sales and work to provide solutions for our customers.

Director of Foodservice Sales

Roger has over 30 years of experience in the produce industry, including over 20 years within broadline foodservice distribution produce departments as a specialist, buyer, category manager and regional manager.  He has also worked in sales for grower shippers giving him a wide range of knowledge within the produce marketing channel.

VP of People & Organizational Development

With 15+ years of human resources experience, Cheryl joined WPS with a focus on strategic employee engagement, change management, and talent development. Cheryl’s experience includes health care and wholesale floral distribution with a strong focus on promoting an employee first culture that aligns with overall company goals. She has been with WPS since June of 2022.

 Vice President of Sale and Marketing

Jeremy Taylor has served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing since February 2023. Jeremy oversees the creation and execution of solutions to help solve our customer's needs.
